NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-004578, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, that Pat Frank, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash through an on-line sale conducted at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
