NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, Avila Property Owners' Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 22nd day of September, 2014, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 15, Avila Unit No. 12, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 45 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 17024 Comunidad de Avila, Lutz, Florida 33548 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
