NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2013, and entered in 2010-CA-013843 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, County Division, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT R. JONES, ET AL. are the Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on November 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
