NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, and entered in 14-CC-13922 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RIVER BEND OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and SERVELIA RIOS; et al are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on December 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 41, BUILDING C OF FAIROAKS NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED AUGUST 20, 1979, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3552, PAGE 1299, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3597, PAGE 753 AND IN O R BOOK 3600, PAGE 1516, AND PLAT RECORDED IN CONDINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
