NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 9, 2014, and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated October 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-008543 (N) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, GEMINI CAPITAL MANAGERS, LLC is the Plaintiff, and RYAN ABENANTE and THE MADISON AT SOHO II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on NOVEMBER 19, 2014, at 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash at public sale after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 411, THE MADISTON AT SOHO II CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED DECEMBER 30, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14543, PAGE 341, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED IN INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Property Address: 2402 W. Azeele St. Unit 411, Tampa, FL 33609 (“Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
