NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 2, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-016921 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association is the Plaintiff and Yasenia Daughtry a/k/a Yesenia Daughtry; Unknown Spouse of Yasenia Daughtry a/k/a Yesenia Daughtry n/k/a Mike Shullow; Lake Magdalene Manors Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 19th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 2, Lake Magdalene Manors, as per plat thereof as recorded in PLat Book 54, Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, FLorida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
