NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 26, 2014, entered in Case No. 08-CA-027757 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Residential Funding Company, LLC F/K/A Residential Funding Corporation is the Plaintiff and Carroll R. Harrell; Ryan Morrison; Melanie Morrison; Lake St. Clair Community Association, Inc.; Lake Saint Clair Homeowners Association, Inc.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 18th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, BLOCK 1, LAKES ST. CLAIR PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 75 THROUGH 82. INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
