NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CC-013202 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TOWNHOMES AT KENSINGTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and PEDRO ARZOLA; et al., are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on December 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 1, THE TOWNHOMES AT KENSINGTON, PHASE “B”, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 1, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as 337 Kensington Lake Circle, Brandon, Florida 33511
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
