Warczytowa; Unknown Spouse of Michael J. Warczytowa; Janet L. Warczytowa; Unknown Spouse of Janet L. Warcztowa; If Living, Including Any Unknown Spouse of Said Defendant(s), If Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees, and All Other Persons Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Named Defendant(s); PNC Bank, National Association, Successor By Merger to National City Bank; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, Together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of said Defendant(s) and all Other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against Defendant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH THE GRANTORS AND OTHER FOR THE PURPOSE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE LANDS SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
