NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, entered in Case No. 10-CA-001415 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Warczytowa; Unknown Spouse of Michael J. Warczytowa; Janet L. Warczytowa; Unknown Spouse of Janet L. Warcztowa; If Living, Including Any Unknown Spouse of Said Defendant(s), If Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees, and All Other Persons Claiming by, Through, Under or Against the Named Defendant(s); PNC Bank, National Association, Successor By Merger to National City Bank; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, Together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of said Defendant(s) and all Other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against Defendant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LESS AND EXCEPT:
THE NORTH 658.50 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE WEST 2/5 OF THE WEST 3/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH THE GRANTORS AND OTHER FOR THE PURPOSE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE LANDS SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS:
THE EAST 25 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE WEST 2/5 OF THE WEST 3/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 658 FEET THEREOF; AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF THE EAST 1/3 OF THE WEST 3/5 OF THE WEST 3/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
