NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2014, and entered in 11-CA-016757 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and RODOLFO TORRES; UNKNOWN TENANT; MARGARET TORRES; CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF TAMPA; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3810 B, IN BUILDING 2, OF CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, DATED JULY 9, 1979 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3543, PAGE 86 AND PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
