NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2013, and entered in 11-CA-001908 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and CARRIE C. BUZBEE; RUSSELL P. BUZBEE; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
