NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 2nd day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-002509, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and RICHARD A. BAUGHN; MICHELE F. BAUGHN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 20th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 3, THENCE SOUTH 00°49'58” EAST, 44.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89°10'02” WEST, 113.93 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE EAST HAVING A RADIUS OF 7,304.25 FEET, SAID POINT, ALSO BEING ON THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE RUN (A RADIAL TO SAID POINT BEARS SOUTH 88°54'53” WEST, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID CURVE, A DISTANCE OF 32.07 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 00°15'06” TO THE BEGINNING OF A TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTHEAST HAVING A RADIUS OF 386.33 FEET, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID CURVE A DISTANCE OF 11.93 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 01°06'12”, THENCE NON-TANGENT TO SAID CURVE NORTH 89°10'02” EAST, 113.81 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
