NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 25, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-015590 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL R. KAPALIN, DANIEL R. KAPALIN, HAMPTON LAKES AT MAIN STREET HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MAIN STREET MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of November, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 2, Hampton Lakes at Main Street, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 92 through 96, inclusive, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
