NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 23, 2014, entered in Case No.: 08-CA-009722 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILSON A. VERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILSON A. VERA; TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on November 20, 2014 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed

NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
