NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2014, and entered in 08-CA-025007 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ROBERT CAMP; JENNIFER CAMP; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS , INC AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINACIAL CORPORATION; UST TRUST, J. CORBIN, AS TRUSTEE OF A LAND TRUST; JOHN DOE N/K/A CHRIS PARKER; JANE DOE N/K/A KAREN NICOLAS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 6, GANDY CITY PLAT NO. 1 REVISED, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE WEST.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
