NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 1, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-011710, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHARLES E. MICKLER, DECEASED; CAROL HIGHSMITH; MARILYN LUCAS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

LESS THE WEST 9.00 FEET THEREOF IN USE AS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MCINTOSH ROAD. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1996 PALM HARBOR MOBILE HOME SERIAL NUMBER PH069842AFL AND PH069842BFL.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
