NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-004945, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOHN G. GERMAIN; SUZANNE MARIE ENGLERT A/K/A SUZANNE GERMAIN; SUZANNE MARIE ENGLERT A/K/A SUZANNE GERMAIN AS GUARDIAN OF MINOR CHILD KATE SCARLETT GERMAIN, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, AND THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 33, TAMPA'S NORTH SIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA UNIT NO. 3 FOREST HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
