NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-014863, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and FLOYD A. MYLES; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; COVINA AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1, OF COVINA AT BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 270 THROUGH 275, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
