NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-012402 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Ruth M. Wintjen a/k/a Ruth Wintjen, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. 1112, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CLEARVIEW OAKS - UNIT SEVEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 32 THROUGH 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FILED JANUARY 18, 1966, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2311, PAGES 482 THROUGH 498, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
