NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-006737 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“FNMA”), Plaintiff and Hector Aguilera a/k/a H. Aguilera and Marina Aguilera a/k/a M. Aguilera, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT A-108, FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 301, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 301, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3929, PAGES 493 THROUGH 558, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
