NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009676 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I, Inc., Trust 2006-HE7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE7, Plaintiff and Audubon Condominium at Feather Sound Condominium Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 514, OF AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND, RECORDED 6/21/2004, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13652, PAGE 1025, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS SUCH DECLARATION MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
