NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, and entered in the above styled case, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and SUZAN L. PETERSON, et al, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on November 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:

Book 4219, Page 1465, as Clerk's Instrument No. 74130264, as amended in O.R. Book 4528, Page 754, as Clerk's Instrument No. 77048259, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 1.7060% share in thr common elements appurtenant thereto.
