NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-000638 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein QUEEN`S PARK OVAL ASSET HOLDING TRUST, BY U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN IT IS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and JOSEPHINE A. SANTANA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPHINE A. SANTANA, SANTANA CARLOS A/K/A CARLOS J. SANTANA, CARLOS SANTANA A/K/A CARLOS J. SANTANA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/KA SHAUN NATER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A JANE DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of November, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 23 and 24, Block 2, MAP OF SUNSHINE HEIGHTS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 5, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with that certain Mobile Home described as follows: 1995 Redman 26x76. ID Nos. 10098A and 10098B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
