NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-001269-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC HOLDINGS, LLC is Plaintiff and WIESLAW OSTROWSKI, N/K/A VONDA POLHILL UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, N/K/A JEFFREY POLHILL UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WIESLAW OSTROWSKI, N/K/A CHARLES BODANZA UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HENRYKA OSTROWSKI A/K/A HENRYKA B BODANZA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of November, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 23 and the West 25 feet of Lot 22, Block 6, FORTUNA PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 70, of the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
