NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-005408-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Village on the Green Condominium II Association, Inc.; Jacqueline Pellegrino; Village on the Green Recreation Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 25-D, AND THE UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE OF INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE 3, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4848, PAGES 770 THROUGH 819, AMENDED IN OR BOOK 4898, PAGE 1980, REFILED IN OR BOOK 4913, PAGE 306, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 7 THROUGH 12, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
