NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-001850 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP is Plaintiff and JOHN BASCO, AS DULY APPOINTED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE AND HEIR OF MICHAEL A. SOBOTA , CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC., THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MICHAEL A. SOBOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, TROPIC HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN BOSCO, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN BOSCO, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Michael A. Sobota, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of November, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The West 5 feet of Lot 17 and the East 65 of Lot 18, Block “B”, Tropic Hills Unit-2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 5, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
