NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Commence at the Eastern most corner of Lot 6, Block 6 of BRIGHTON BAY according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 120, pages 70 through 88 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida: thence the North 70°00'00” West, 72.00 feet along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 6 to the Point of Beginning; thence leaving said North line South 20°00'00” West, 79.00 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot 6; thence along said line North 70°00'00” West, 20.00 feet, thence leaving said Southerly line North 20°00'00” East, 79.00 feet to the Northerly line of Lot 6; thence along said line South 70°00'00” East, 20.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on November 18, 2014.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
