NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2014, and entered in 13-011540-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LINDA MCCORD A/K/A LINDA M. MCCORD A/K/A LINDA MARIE MCCORD; DOUGLAS P. MCCORDA/K/A DOUGLAS PATRICK MCCORD are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 10' OF LOT 22, ALL OF LOT 23, TARPON WOODS 4TH ADDITIION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 49 AND 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 23 AS THE POINT OF BEGINNING (P.O.B.); THENCE SOUTH 02°20'14” EAST, 156.35 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 15' 39” WEST, 118.37 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00° 44' 21” EAST, 155.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 15' 39” EAST, 68.12 FEET; THENCE ALONG A CURVE OF 41.82 FEET (CHORD NORTH 89° 12' 04” EAST, 41.82 FEET) TO THE P.O.B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
