NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2014, and entered in 14-003145-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AB5 is the Plaintiff and HUGO A. RODRIGUEZ GONZALEZ A/K/A HUGO RODRIGUEZ GONZALEZ A/K/A HUGO A. RODRIGUEZ; SUHEIL M. CLASS A/K/A SUHEIL CLASS; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK B, OAK GROVE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
