NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2014, and entered in 09-018512-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2007QS4 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT E. FLETCHER; DEBORAH DUMHAM; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, COASTAL HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
