HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE7, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA J. HARRISON A/K/A PATRICIA M. HARRISON; JAMES N. HARRISON A/K/A JAMES NORMAN HARRISON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WMC MORTGAGE CORP; HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP.
