NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment for Foreclosure dated October 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-005152-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and BRUCE A. DEROBERTIS; SONIA N. DEROBERTIS; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; SBS FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of The Circuit Court and Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 18, 2014 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK F, THE GRANDE ARCADE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
