NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-011184-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee, In Trust For Registered Holders Of Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and Kazimierz Sochocki, The Unknown Spouse Of Kazimierz Sochocki N/K/A: Violett Sochocki, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
