NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-001324-CI 33, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONAL COMMUNITY CAPITAL FUND TAMPA #1 LLC is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER S. HAMTIL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER S. HAMTIL, IF ANY; AURELIA HAMTIL, STEPHEN C. HAMTIL; JOHN DOE 1; JANE DOE 1, JOHN DOE 2 AND JANE DOE 2 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 45 FEET OF LOT 12 AND THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 11 AND THE EAST ½ OF THE VACATED ALLEY FORMERLY SEPARATING LOT 10 FROM LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK J, PLAN OF BAY FRONT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
