NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010-009796-CI in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2006-AR5 Trust, Plaintiff, and, SARA S. HASTIE, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 18th day of November, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 8, OF LEACH'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, AT PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
