NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-010224-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-1-NH is the Plaintiff and Andrew L. Talbot a/k/a Andrew Talbot; Unknown Spouse of Andrew L. Talbot a/k/a Andrew Talbot; ISPC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All other unknown parties, claiming interest by, through, under, and against a named defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether same unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK J OF VICTORY HEIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
