NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010CA013165, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff, and AARON C. WOLFINBARGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AARON C. WOLFINBARGER IF ANY; ANDREA BENNETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA BENNETT IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR BSM FINANCIAL L.P. D/B/A BROKERSOURCE; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 18th day of November, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT C-2 BUILDING NO. 215 OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON, VILLAGE 1-2, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE XIV, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN BOOK 5908, PAGE 1261 AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 11 RECORDED IN BOOK 6087, PAGE 1661, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 55 AND 56 AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 68 THROUGH 74, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS PERTAINING THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
