NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019844-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Tarek Salem; Summergate Condominum Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3312, PHASE 3, SUMMERGATE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5923, PAGE 662, AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE 3 IN BOOK 6088, PAGE 2482, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
