NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001418-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SASCO MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-WF2 is the Plaintiff and HECTOR J. SANCHEZ; BARBARA M. SANCHEZ; CITIMORTGAGE, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of November, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 AND THE EAST ½ OF LOT 7, BLOCK 11, NORTH OCOEE, ADDITION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK O, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
