NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2014 entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-017010-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, where the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders of the cwalt, inc., alternative loan trust2007-oa3 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2007-oa3 is Plaintiff and octavius smith a/k/a octavius l. smith, lakisha c. smith, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M on December 1, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
