NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-023819-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC4 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and SHEILA RODRIGUEZ; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; CACH, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are Defendant(s), Eddie Fernandez, Orange County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on December 2, 2014 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 12, ENGELWOOD PARK UNIT NO.3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “V”, PAGE 133 AND 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
