NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 02, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-020584-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and JACQULINE GUARCH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 3232, Building E of BLOSSOM PARK, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6853, Page 1897, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
