RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 20, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-000330-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and BARTHOLOMEW CRAWFORD, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 38, Block 19, of RICHMOND HEIGHTS UNIT FOUR, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 68, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
