RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008630-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. S/B/M BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and GORDHAN PATEL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 369, Westyn Bay Phase 3, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 59, Page(s) 134, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
