NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2010-CA-006569 O, in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE ONE WILLIAM STREET REMIC TRUST 2012-1 WITHOUT RECOURSE, is Plaintiff, and James H. Gallen; Unknown Spouse of James H. Gallen; ISPC; Hunter's Creek Community Association, Inc. and Unknown Tenant(s), Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Orange County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida:
LOT 64, HUNTER'S CREEK-TRACT 250, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 78 THROUGH 80, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 5th day of January, 2015, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
