NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 09, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-009980-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR2, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER G. COULTHER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, OAKS OF WINDERMERE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 57 THRU 59 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
