NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-023390 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM BRADSHAW SUNTRUST BANK TIMBER ISLE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. HALLIE BRADSHAW; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of December, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, TIMBER ISLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 123 THROUGH 127, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
