NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-014475-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KHOSROW BIDHENDI A/K/A K. BIDHENDI; HALEH KAMDAR A/K/A HALEH K. BIDHENDI AKA HALEH KAMDAR BIDHENDI; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of December, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK A, HOLLIEANNA SHORES, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEGIN AT THE NORTHERNMOST CORNER OF LOT 14, BLOCK A, HOLLIEANNA SHORES, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 23 DEGREES 47' 13” EAST 55 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 39 DEGREES 55' 06” EAST 154.66 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 09' 33” WEST 23.71 FEET; THENCE NORTH 39 DEGREES 55' 06” WEST 175.03 FEET; THENCE NORTH 23 DEGREES 47' 13” WEST 54.12 FEET TO THE POINT ON A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 169.08 FEET, RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG ARC OF SAID CURVE 15.28 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
