NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-013979-O of the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Orange County, Florida, Eddie Fernandez, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 18TH day of November 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
