Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Lot 27, Block 2542, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 47, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, pages 61A through 61G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 19, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid deposit must be by cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made BEFORE 11:00 a.m. the following business day by cashier's check.
